Benjamin H. Davidson, II was born and raised in Littlefield, Texas. He graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and received his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas Law School in 1986. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1986. He has an A-V Martindale Hubble rating and is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His areas of practice are personal injury trial law, health care and commercial litigation.
